How to make Indian Noodles?

1 lb. noodles

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp. ginger, grated

1 green chili, sliced

1 tsp. cumin seeds

1 tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. coriander powder

1 tsp. garam masala

1 tbsp. tomato paste

1/2 cup frozen peas

Salt, to taste

2 tbsp. oil


Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds.

Add onions and cook until they are golden brown.

Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.

Add green chili, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute.

Add tomato paste and frozen peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles and mix well.

Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
